Make your own Beauty; Using Fall Foods!


I hope you enjoy all these holiday make your own beauty secrets, with all the holiday stress the holiday running around, shopping & getting things ready for your family*festivities.  
Remember giving yourself a little attention is never over rated nor a little to late to start.

Holiday Fresh Face 20min Peel - 1can-of pumpkin, 2cups-heavy cream, 3spoonfuls-honey. Mix all together and apply on face as a mask than relax for 20min. 
(heavy cream exfoliates gives you brighter skin, honey is an antibacterial & natural humectant).


Easy Dark Circles Away - 1 white potato, 1 kitchen grater.  Grate it! grate potato into a bowl. Set it under eyes and apply a little pressure as you enjoy laying back! (potato has the starch it helps tighten the skin).

Nice & Cozy Feet and Heels - 1 butternut squash, 3cups fat milk, 2cups veg. oil, large plastic container.  Mix everything together pour into a large enough container your feet can be submersed into leave your feet in for about 15-20min *Note always wear slippers or socks cause walking bare foot is what causes the cracks on our heels. (butternut has vitamins A,C,E, milk hydrates & exfoliates)

Hair Conditioner that creates Shiny & Soft - half of a sweet potato, 3sp honey, 1cup regular yogurt. Mix together and apply on washed hair for 20min. (sweet potato have vitamins C, B2, B6, E, & Biotin honey is antibacterial & natural humectant)
